Retreats
Imagine spending four nights in Ubud, Bali, stepping out of the noise of everyday life to finally make sense of the chaos in your own life. Inspired by the transformative insights of Life Is Chaos and All Is Well by Steve Huff, this retreat is for people in seasons of transition who want to embrace uncertainty, refuel their creativity, and get tangible results in their life, relationships and work.
Amid lush tropical landscapes and a premium forest resort, you'll explore how to find stability within the chaos of change. Through a structured yet flexible program, you'll discover how accepting the chaos of transitions can become a gateway to renewal, personal growth and professional development.
This retreat is for people in the messiness of change who want space, tools and support to find clarity, courage and hope.
Is This You?
You might be:
-
In a personal transition: retirement, marriage, separation or divorce, becoming an empty nester, relocating, or redefining yourself in midlife and beyond.
-
Moving through loss or upheaval: grief after a death, health scares, or the quiet ache of "is this all there is?"
-
In a work or leadership transition: retiring, being promoted, changing roles, starting something new, managing a restructure, or dealing with a toxic or uncertain workplace.
-
"Successful" on paper, yet feeling overwhelmed, stuck or restless, sensing a big change is coming even if you can't name it.
You don't need a neat story or a polished plan to come. This retreat is for real people in real life chaos who want steady, practical ways to move toward a deeper sense of joy and the grounded confidence that, even here, all is well.
This is not a therapy retreat or clinical program. It is a structured, supportive experience for people carrying the real weight of change who want space to think more clearly and move forward with intention. If you are unsure whether this is the right fit for where you are right now, please reach out before booking – we are happy to have that conversation.

Why Bali? Why Now?
Most of us try to navigate big transitions on the run – between emails, family responsibilities and late‑night worry. Important questions get pushed to the edges of your life. This retreat offers a calm, grounded container to step away, breathe and reset.
You will leave Bali with:
-
Clarity about the season you're in, what's ending, what's emerging and what truly matters now.
-
Courage to make decisions, have hard conversations and take your next step even when the path isn't fully clear.
-
Compassion for yourself and your story, including the messy, unfinished parts.
-
Connection with others walking through their own transitions, and the sense that you're not doing this alone.
-
A simple, real plan you can live with – not a rigid 10‑year strategy, but a small set of practices and commitments to carry home.
If you are experiencing chaos in your life and want steady, practical ways to move toward a deeper sense of joy and wholeness, this retreat is for you.
